I’ve just been looking at recent numbers and noticed that the ARR has increased from $34.5m the previous quarter to $40.1m but the number of customers only increased from 879 to 919, ie 40 new customers. That’s an average ARR of $140K per annum per new customer compared to their current average ARR per customer of $43.6K per annum, so significantly higher. Obviously signing up Novartis would have bumped up the average but that’s still a very impressive effort and indicates that the average ARR per customer will continue to trend higher. All very positive!!
