MQG is having one now, us holders are entitled to buy at $120 but market price is now $127 ...?
Usually capital raisings are done at a small discount, say 5%. But because they are only available to a small amount of investors, the market bids the SP up to above the Raising price. I'm bullish if a Capital Raising comes, and bullish if a Capital Raising doesn't eventuate. Either way, buy buy buy ! Share price starting with a $0.3x is so cheap for a company that continues to de-risk day in and day out.
