the last cap raise was 58 and this one is 35 ...what do you mean it won’t go below the cap raise ...it’s already 40 per cent lower and 60 per cent lower than the market return ....after a brief rally as the register turns over t will bump along again as the cash gets spent on champagne and gummy bears
