I am cautious here, think its a 20 something cap raise coming. And there is no way I am getting involved unless management buy more and I don't mean from a shareholder loan given by the company

I would avoid for the time being let it drift lower and then you can probably clean up on a desperation raise

As much as I have fought you tooth and nail Dwhale, I agree with you here. I had to put my love affair with lvt aside and look at the numbers solely as they stand today, not looking say 2 years down the track when ARR is 100 mil, but now. My investment is left too exposed at these cash reserve levels.
