It's "good news" as long as the announcement is good enough to push the SP up four + pips to offset the raise which traditionally has been done at a 35-40% + discount meaning a cash injection and at least some SP gains.
An "ok" announcement will likely only wipe 0.002 before any gains are negated by the need for capital 20% of which will be going to your current debt overlords which will lead to a likely consolidation.
Suffice to say we'll find out the details (probably) Monday morning at open and than everyone and their mother can make educated speculation as to wether it will drive the SP up or down in the short/long term.
It's all just pointless noise making and chest beating until then.
