Yes, new capital costs for construction will have some thinking the dividend will temporarily dry up. And many people jumped on this share for the dividends. NZ althoguh much smaller didn't fair as well on first glance. And that is all I have done with the report at this stage.
The other reason for a drop is just pure profit taking. There has been incredible share price growth in the last few months. I've taken profit along the way and I'm sure others will continue to. There are is an acceptable dividend at this price, but it is now not stellar and if dividends are dropped in the short term, what is fundamentally propping up a share price post $7.00?
