I would tend to agree @stan101 if holders are relatively new. I have been a long term holder and know that nothing changed when he purchased the land and built his current premises. Dividends did not reduce and expansion of the business continued. Remember that David Dicker lives off the dividends and does not draw a salary - a pretty good reason for him to keep the dividend up to scratch. David Dicker in my opinion although unusual in his style manages the business conservatively - he impressed me when doing my original research on the company and I have seen nothing to change my opinion. The only concern I have ever held is his unusually high dividend payout ratio and that money ends up in my pocket anyway.
