This share is so illiquid that it's very easily subjected to manipulation. Most of the price going up is done on small volumes, i.e. no conviction. It's pretty much a flip of a coin between $1 or $1.50..can trade in small parcels...but holding big parcel can be too big an exposure as you can't control the price that you can sell at without driving down the price yourself..
