am I crazy to think that this CR maybe a good announcement. all this talk about merger and acquisitions, which was again highlighted in the investor presentation. is it possible they may raise at a premium? I have seen it happen with a lithium producer (it was at 65c and raised at 72c) it's very rare but maybe we might be in for a pleasant surprise rather than catastrophe? after all a director picked up 20 odd million shares only a few days ago at .6c....is he silly enough to take a 25k pay cut effectively? I guess we find out tomorrow
