the opposite. this is all the information we already know put into one deck, so no reason for price to go up because they made a deck.
this deck is very likely being used to court investors for a capital raise. they are probably going after Insto investors at 0.4c a share and in turn diluting all of their faithful retail investors. if that doesn't work they will certainly open it up to retail as a latch ditch effort.
