Sounds like a lot of excuses for poor performance because just maybe their little PCM bubbles are not as revolutionary as they make them out to be...
Except the performance hasn't been bad. Cash receipts has increased steadily over the last couple of quarters and should continue to do so but this time with profitable returns. It can and has take quite a while to unwind contracted agreements with clients.
