One of my queries kind of resolved, ie how the WAAS model works with various production rates...specifically saids license fee adjusts automatically. This was probably obvious but still good to see confirmation.
That pipeline project article int he appendices is pretty compelling reading too. I think it's been out before, but first time I've actually read it.
