I agree vagabond. Perhaps in a perfect world the deal could be structured that the much larger lock distributer also takes a strategic placement at a premium price. Pipe dream I know but worth considering.
Pure speculation that another raise would be needed. Production ramp up for initial orders may very well be able without a need to raise.
My only hope is if a raise was needed it must be at a higher price than the previous raise and hopefully is to a bigger strategic partner in one of the 3 businesses the company operates in.

i am also a complete novice with charts but I think the short term and medium term Mcd lines today crossed the long term line today for the first time after a 6 month downturn. Somebody smarter than me will need to confirm such and apologies if I am wrong.
