I think this sentence from the scientific paper they published is my main concern:
Each vertically-placed, north-facing window unit of area near 1.3 m2 harvested approximately 0.1 kWh on each sunny winter day of total sunshine duration ~6–7 h.

In the investor presentation they talk about high rise glass buildings using the new world trade centre as an example. It does not seem to be a good power yield so I don't see an application for high rise building. I am no expert in solar, power or energy so I might be missing something.

There may be some use for skylights, glasshouses, bus shelters and smaller projects but I think it might be limited, e.g. a bus shelter in a metro area is unlikely to have a clear view of the sun.

The fact they want distributors to have a minimum target they need to sell I think will restrict them further. I think the board's thinking is too inline with a certain poster here and they are targeting the massive markets and projects, when really they should be focusing on the more niche markets with much smaller projects. If the board continue to target massive markets, its not going anywhere in my opinion.
