in my opinion if they were to raise, it could only be for exapansion etc and not for operations which is positive. An acq would be interesting (pure speculation, hasnt been mentioned anywhere).
Interesting times. Those shares that sold into 1.9c got bought up quick smart. I think the last holder who sold into 1.9c is probably just someone impatience.
