Few reasons. There business to upscale does not need capex greatly or staff. A retailer to do this needs to lease shops, a miner a treatment plant etc.

What they would need is maybe more servers to load share, the dB if oracle or sql can easily handle millions and millions of transactions. So I think hardware ample. The industry standard is to lease hardware and use a data centre. So they won't have this in there office or a guy looking after hardware, there will be a hardware support contract most likely.

Software, the most expensive part is development, programming, testing and rollout. That's done and proven. To add features is a bit of code, often its already done in dev stage, but not activated. Add on code is cheap once a system is up. I worked in IT for the Co that wrote aust posts giropost and wrote the eftpos banking network.

So I can't see much there to be spent, advertising is a place, but cap h in the report mentioned growth has been word of mouth and they could ad spend and go cashflow neutral.

They have also paid down debt whilst growing, generally a business that needs cap isn't in a position to reduce debt.

I still get the feeling some accumulation is going on for this price to be low. To many odd trades and big dumps of shares, also has to be a buyer to take them. Shaking out the nervous investors maybe.

I feel the sellers at 1.9 as not many are inpatient, maybe chart traders, have stop losses or just worried . Cap h hadn't bought 12% cause there dills.
