So, if NS achieve $5m profit year over year ($15m in total) we could pick this up for $70m.
Sounds too good to be true. $5mill a year doesn't even pay back the loan let alone create any realistic cash flow. I'd prefer NS go gangbusters and provide unlimited amounts of cashflow to progress other divisions. But that seems unlikely.
