OBJ had the chance to breakout on their own with the physical magnetic technology v excessive use of chemical components.
A powerful message - however imo they have chosen the wrong vehicle and a lousy deal.
Pills and powders diminish the marketing value of the OBJ technologies.
...and the multi million dollar fee to enter this arrangement is poor commercial judgement.
If the deal has been packaged with marketing wisdom, shareholders would have benefited and investors flocked to the new concept.
