All false economies. All it's doing by bulk buying toilet paper now is reducing demand down the track (unless of course people cr@p themselves more thus requiring more toilet paper). I'd be surprised if contrary to the half year claim, there hasn't been a significant impact on the group as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak.
