Im not so sure paying dividends out of cash balances while losses and debt is abundant is necessarily a smart thing. I recall prior case examples around this... milking cash while abundant is great if things pickup - if it doesnt.... depends what side of the risk mgt coin your on. I for one if we end up being part of ter would hope they'd use cash for profitable initiatives than paying a dividend for the sake of having one for holders. 1c divvy yet share price is down in greater magntitudes - doesn't make one feel better. Opposite of being cash poor asset rich.
