Maybe I overlooked this, but this is the first time that the company has mentioned that they need another Pharmacokinetic (PK) study before they run their pivotal Phase 2 trial. This will possibly push out the timeline for when the pivotal study can start and therefore the new drug can come to market.
Not a setback, but may not have been expected from the market.
