Also the last point in the Summary makes it pretty clear what they want to do;

• Transaction for entire company preferred as value event for shareholders, versus licensing or partnering

In other words once the trials have been complete and the ducks are lined up they will be selling it out to big pharma.

Ex AstraZeneca team working on re purposed formula for the company...one would assume they did the original Byetta formula.

Cant imagine why AstraZeneca wouldn't just add it to their production pipeline if everything worked out positive.
