I sold a bunch over a year ago when the lost the previous appeal over the patent infringement and got slapped with astronomical penalties over their attitude to the court's original judgement. And they continued to try and evade it. The only saving grace for the company is the recall of their competitors product, but they can't rely on dumb luck for the future. A product recall at the same time as sales are on hold for all manufacturers actually means they won't gain as much market share as the might have done if hospitals weren't shut over Covid-19.
Management need to use this time to examine failures and make sure they have an appropriate plan for the future.
