Well, COH trading at 40x never made any sense to me, so it being savaged now would be long overdue.
Despite COH being a preeminent crowd favorite, I wouldn't have participated in the raise - I mean, earnings won't get back to their $250m peak for at least a year or two, and with the dividend being temporarily cancelled and the broader market falling apart I think the odds of this continuing to trade at 30-40x are slim.
COH could easily fall 30-50% from here and still not be screaming cheap.
