This is what it says in the 2019 annual report:

"Note: This information is based on the number of shares included in the Substantial Shareholder Notices lodged by the respective holders"

He did the substantial shareholder statement in 2017 in his own name listing all the companies he controls that own the shares. Have there been further notices? You should contact the ResApp to confirm. Since that time I don't recall seeing another statement saying anything to the contrary.
