My comment is an iteration of something which I came across when researching Aerometrex prior to investing in them as a pre-IPO angel investor in their unsecured notes issue back in mid 2019. Without a prospectus and only a broker assessment I did quite a bit of web research for material on them before committing and that is where I came across that info. I do not remember exactly where it arose from as I mostly only read it. However not all info on the web can be taken for gospel so I may be iterating something which was untrue. I did not read all of the prospectus as I was already committed prior to the publishing of it but I have now read the detail on directors etc and there is no indication of NEA history about any of them so you may be correct in questioning my comment. It is good you have pointed it out.
