Would think the Market would already be across it given the profile of Creasy , and therefore should see some action on the SP sooner than some might expect.
And when yous top and think about it , the deal with Novo really starts to makes sense fro Creasy's point of view. On the one hand , the sector is very very Hot , and in particular so is the Pilbara.
The deal mention's that it is for his ' Minority ' holdings on this package of tenements - so whilst he is selling these ' Minorities ' at what may be considered the interim ' TOP ' or new highs in the sector , it ( the deal ) would still very much be considered from a ' Hemi / DEG ' perspective to have been put together on the ' Ground Floor ' when activity is only just beginning for others.
So on the other hand , Creasy would still appear to be holding ' leverage ' to approximately 95% upside in the ' nearer ' southern tenements to the DEG - Hemi geological trend , and therefore would seem to be quite satisfied that he has both maintained his exposure to the ' Activities' whilst at the same time set up the perfect marriage or contestability for CZR's highly prospective and premier 320 sq klm Pilbara Land package.
And when I say ' contestability ' , I mean the perfect set up of potentially putting CZR square in the middle of a ' bidding ' war between TWO behemoths in Novo and DEG. What better way to get the ' maximum ' price for an assets than to have at least 2 interested parties in the potential transaction - and if Creasy's stock position in CZR double , triples , and / or quadruples from here , he obviously stands to gain many more millions of dollars than that of the sale of a few ' Minority ' interests in other Pilbara mineral tenements.
That's why I say it's a set up folk's wit a bit of an upfront sweetener for Novo in return for a ' I scratch your back and you scratch mine ' style arrangements.
Very interested now to see how far this whole deal will push CZR's SP. Best of fortunes to ALL ....
