Creasys old school, not into hype and nerolagy etc to run a spec lifestyle asx company to create a salary per yr, the latest deal tells me he's prepeard to actually spend more time in the croydon area looking for results as he's efforts has been else were. There's not many of his characters left to deliver sh an investment worth waiting for ( or not) you carnt look at the right hard edge in a spec with charts and trends. It's down to managment and there skill. You should know qh bm and mc will go out kick few rocks have a bottle of wine bush camping looking for the next big one. Most won't get out their chair.
