I'm out of this but continued to research after I bought.
Lotus, I believe is irrelevant to RFX. They were involved in the Eastern Melbourne Child Care Centres but I rang Tim at some point and they appear to be irrelevant.
So many opportunistic CR's happening and 2 point something is a reset number - not a company on track IMHO.
