It's great that Jimmy is a major share holder. interesting for me was discussion of raising funds to invest in new markets. much of my investment thesis for this company was around a cash cow hitting a growth phase due to unprecedented new business in existing markets. therefore getting a re-rate, at which point I would exit.
Jimmy was talking expanding into new markets (Canada and UK) with possible cap raise-if I understand correctly.
this increases potential reward but massively increases the execution risk.
would prefer for them to stick to their knitting and reap the rewards the next few years will bring their way.
further expansion would probably trigger a sell from me
