I have been keep warning people about this stock as there seems to be soo many red flags. I have warned about validity of VC deal, valuation of CannaGloabal and the legal issues about YuShop (can check my posts in the past), and unfortunately all my concerns comes true.

Now, they are selling Nutra for some shares of a mining company. This is a BIG concern why this mining company incurred an interest expense of over 1 Million in an year! It is important to obtain the balance sheet of this company in order to know the assets and liability of this company.
