Perhaps I am jumping the gun, mitch. Fair point. The Colorado Plateau is littered with abandoned U-V mines. Any fool with an XRF unit can get decent readings. However, delineating resources by drilling, and obtaining permits from the feds and state of Colorado is another matter entirely. Not to mention the fact that Energy Fuels' White Mesa Mill is not currently available for toll milling. I'll take DLC seriously when they file a notice of intent to conduct prospecting.
