Read the Company's anns. They have started legal action to recover the debt - looks doubtful since the counterparty is down on funds. DYOR and decide for yourself.
If they do receive that money, and it has been written off as a 'bad debt' then it will add to cash and lower EV. If it has not been written off it will add to cash, and lower debt and have no effect on EV (meaning it is already factored into the EV calcs.)
IMO they may have written it off before this CR (compare stated cash position over recent months) - maybe they think a large doubtful debt looks bad on the books. If so the market should have been told as a price sensitive ann.
Any sort of CR by adding new shares to SOI is 'printing shares' Increased SOI and cash raised cancel out on EV calculations.
