XRO which targets SME has monthly revenue churn I’m in its growing international segment of 1.6% which equates to an annual churn in excess of 20%. BTH which actually targets larger enterprises has an annual revenue churn of 10-15%.
To be clear- I really don’t believe in these metrics apart from benchmarking exercises. You have to know what churn represents fundamentally- either you don’t have product market fit or you are selling to the wrong customers who don’t value your product at the price point.
