out of curiosity, are you a trader or an investor?

and have you ever invested in property?

i shudder to think how people would feel if they could track their property values on a daily exchange... but everyone know's it's a long term investment, prices go up and down over the years, so they ignore the noise for years, sometimes decades... until they decide it's time to sell... and even then it's usually only for a few bags, inflation adjusted.

but the entire mentality changes once there's a daily exchange for your investment and you can check it's price by clicking refresh 120 times a minute...
the panic and greed sets it... shit your pants when it's red and demand bags by tomorrow... what do you mean i have to wait 2 years?!?!!

now, little old CVN here offers potentially multiple bags in 5 years, hopefully less than 5 years, and people are questioning whether it's a hold over the next 12 months?
it seems a little short sighted in my opinion.
