NO WAY should shareholders agree to any form of Consolidation, we have already REJECTED that proposal recently. These jokers are now boxed into a corner entirely through their incompetence and lack of ability/skills to get us out of the Mess that THEY got us into. I would rather the Company close shop now, than give these W——-S any more opportunity to stay on the Gravy Train Payroll any longer. The only way a Consolidation should be even remotely be considered, is with a New Management Team was appointed and STRONG POSITIVE changes to the BOD.
