What you are forgetting is the gold/silver sector is a small space and when the attention of the market is on it, the fundamentals of shares on issue can have little impact due to those holding not selling and those seeking gold exposure piling in.
Shares on issue although very important, needs to be somewhat discounted in times like these as there’s so much capital being thrown into such a small sector and the sector is running hot.
