To me this is all deja vu and I agree with much of what you say apart from the manipulation. But it’s just a rerun of what has all been said before over several years. Same words, hopes and dreams and lost opportunities but from a new wave of posters. (Apologies Alex if you are a long termer).
A takeover is what it needs but again it’s something that has been touted for years.
Similar story to KIN in many ways.
