    Do you have actual evidence of "a fair few survey companies" doing this or is the statement based on anecdotal evidence?
    It makes no sense for any company receiving Jobkeeper to do this!
    Winning or doing work with low or no margin, whilst receiving JobKeepe,r will only lead to more financial stress when JobKeeper ends.
