You seemed stressed so just wanted to get a laugh out of ya. Other solutions include medication, journaling, painting, exercise, ice bath (my favourite) and getting a hobby outside of investing. Finding balance is very hard to do in financial markets there are even studies that watching the trade screen and the movements of the share price affects the brain chemistry of humans. Sometimes investing / trading isn't for some people.
