    Hi. Regarding the joint public hearing that is scheduled to start on the 27th. At the end of this hearing do they actually make a decision. The daily topic agendas do not come to a permitting decision.

    Do you know when a decision is made. They do not even have a recommendation listed on the agenda. Is it referred to another body?
