Yes, an "interest free directors' loan" adds credibility for me.
It doesn't convert into a share holding down the road at some ridiculously undervalued amount (as is the outrageous case in another of my holdings...)?
HT8 prospects look very promising. I'm very pleased to add it into my SMSF before the rest of FY21.
