thanks for great info. as an employee and employer, I was looking on how to help the employee effected while protecting my business from invading privacy laws. and saving my business from unsubstantiated mental health work cover claims.
as a human I think we are all scared of AI and privacy crossovers and abuses. if a business can work out how to get more from employees or know there emotions and feelings through AI you can bet they will.
thankfully I'm nearing the end so will not be a big issue for me. that's the next Gen problem.
