Seems unloved as it’s only early days RMS JV interests me. When is it signed and become official. historical results are excellent so why a JV for a $2m spend. POW’s approved for drill program 9000m air core and 4300m RC however I cannot find any information about it as 1q nears the end. When does it start? (what does POW’s mean?) plan of works? The presentation charts have extended all the timelines from the IPO presentation. Not a good look. 12m to drill 5000m. Don’t think so. 1q drill plan was far more aggressive. initial $5m raised. $470k offer costs, $700k for directors fees, $2.4m administration costs and $2.4m for exploration. Seems out of balance to me. ( I know that this adds to $6m). Good to be a director. I will keep reading some more before becoming too negative.
