the fact we havent head up could be a few reasons:
- u dont want the chairman to be seen getting cheap options, 25m at 1.7c is fine, 25m at 5c and 25m at 10c.. imagine if the share prices were trading at 7-9c before the agm??? could be bit of an interesting talk

- the cap raising to golden venture capital, i was hoping it would bring us around 15m+ and that would require some decent news flow to get it back to 10c and maybe give them discount of 15% or the max of 25%.. i hope they dont do that raising after the agm!! it wont look too flash.
