    i think to most punters and investors they wont have issues with the 1.7c but imagine if we were trading at 13c.. and he was to get all of them at the current price considering the 5c and 10c are allotted only after he stays after 2 years and 3 years? its human nature..

    I prefer management to have as many shares/options as possible.. then everyone wins.
