yes I agree. The repayment of loans back to directors based on IPO'ing and the large %shareholding maintained, alarmed me...Looked to me the company had a lot of personal debt and to repay this instead of directors/owners taking as shares is not ethical to investors in my mind. I wanted to invest but after reading prospectus, didn't... Also not sure about their business model, small 3d desktop printers for plastics etc, not sure this is blue sky enough for me... Happy to sit and watch and will invest when I see some good commercial announcements, and growth opportunities... GLTA
