    First link gives a broad overview of the economy and the future influence of nickel processing and value adding. Note the curtailed/restricted export of raw material brought forward by 2 years. EWC in box seat to expand in to this market. Huge investment occurring in nickel refining. Would they (the nickel companies) want a stake in/exposure to their primary source of energy?
