The question I have is how much of the PPA/Power Plants EEES is allowed to retain after October 2022. And if PLN (?) exercises its option for the transfer of the PPA then what price will EWC for the power plants. Does the proposed/potential expansion of the power operations mean the LNG trains are white elephants?
There is a buyer for the PSC.
Perhaps there is a deal in the wings incorporating all the Indonesian assets pivoting around the finalisation of the Sept 2022 PSC/PPA rollovers and divestments leaving EWC with a 51% stake, and a strategic holder with the remaining 49%, the proceeds of which pay out SE/Slipform?
