Yes and no. I think the plan has always been to sell it, and Mark Connelly came on board for that purpose. The resource just ticks off the last box that needed ticking IMO. The quantum didn't really matter.
BUT, shareholders interests and all that, I can't see Simon actively shopping things while he's so far underwater on last year's buy.
Amazing the differing treatment for similar land holdings. ROS.v has pretty much doubled whilst OKU halved...
Embarrassingly, you'd have to include them amongst potential suitors now. IMO.
Also, would Mark rubber stamp a deal that (even assuming a 50% premium) left the bid price below the market cap at the last raising? I struggle to see it.
